Stacey West

Stacey hails from Rockville, Maryland and attended Mount Saint Mary’s University in rural Frederick County, MD. She earned a degree in English and Secondary Education which, of course, means she ended up in Finance. Prior to joining AirFleet Capital, Stacey worked for AOPA Aviation Finance. Talking to clients and sharing pilot stories is the best part of the job.  She now lives in Naples, Florida where she and her husband own and operate Rexair Flight Training at KAPF.  They are a true aviation family. Stacey is a certificated private pilot and is currently working on her instrument rating. Her husband and CFI is a former Navy A-6 Intruder fighter pilot and one of her son’s is working on his CFI rating with aspirations of ATP glory.

Where I got my start: I learned about business from my father while managing his many retail Beer and Wine shops. It paid better than teaching and was a whole lot more fun!

Outside of the office: I love to do yoga poolside, swim and enjoy the sunsets on our beautiful Paradise Coast. I also love to fly with my family for $100 hamburgers throughout Southwest Florida.
